In November 2011 the Constitutional rights of a U.S. citizen was violated when administrators at Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, Texas allowed two Muslim students to commit both libel and slander against one of its professors which led to his resignation. Since that time the Thomas More Law Center has been seeking local counsel in the North District of the State of Texas to assist it in filing a lawsuit against the school to overturn the injustice. If you are a lawyer who is registered with North District court, or know of someone who is qualified and willing to assist the TMLC, then would you please contact either CAPRO at lawyer@capro.info or emercino@thomasmore.org?
Also, if you are a lawyer familiar with cybercrime, or know of someone who is, your assistance is also needed for a related case. In December of 2011 a cyberterrorist perpetrated a third degree felony against Paul Derengowski and his wife which was investigated by Fort Worth Police, but due to negligence on the part of the police and Tarrant County DA's office, the criminal is being allowed to go free. Please contact cybercrime@capro.info.
Thank you.
