Document 306
The following links are provided to PDF copies of the 306 pages that Tarrant County College officials used to arrive at its decision involving student grievances and complaints filed in lieu of the disruptions caused by two Muslim students during the Great Religions of the World class taught in the fall of 2011 by Professor Paul Derengowski. The documentation itself shows not only the incompetence of those who mishandled the case, the pages are filled with all kinds of contradictions, outright lies, and distortions by both the Muslim students and the TCC administration as they proceeded to railroad Professor Derengowski and "sabotage" the class as well. The documents were received through the Open Records Request at a nominal cost, but are provided here for free so that the interested, tax-paying public may make up its own mind just who was telling the truth.
The document itself is divided into 15 "exhibits" or parts. Subtitles have been added to give the reader a general idea what each exhibit contains. The exhibits correspond to the 10-page Executive Summary of Inquiry. For the discerning reader, one should be able to easily spot he incongruities and inconsistencies between the Executive Summary and what is called here Document 306. If the reader wishes to make submissions of what he/she believes are incongruities or inconsistencies (or perhaps just outright lies), or if the reader simply would like a clarification, submissions are welcome by writing apologetics@capro.info. Thank you.
