Criteria and Authority of the Bible

Both amateur and professional critics of Bible have been with us for millennia. Most of the time their criticisms, whether its alleging that books of the Bible are missing or that somehow the biblical text has been corrupted, and therefore, it is no longer reliable or authoritative, are either weak or rehashed. And typically only those unfamiliar with the Bible or the arguments made against it, tend to fall for all the shenanigans. Dr. Paul addresses how the Bible came to be and why it is completely reliable and trustworthy for all matters pertaining to faith and practice. And that anyone who picks it up to read it may rest assured that he/she has within his/her hand the inspired word of God, which is fully capable of making the man or woman of God “…adequate, equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:17).
