Imagine that…

Imagine that you’re living in a world where one man is capable of cutting through years of political manipulation and return the country in which he serves back over to the people and yet one faction of the same subset of people would rather live in squalor, corruption, crime, or just generally in their own filth.

Imagine that you’re living in a world where the life’s goal of certain individuals is simply to ruin the lives of others through lying, cheating, and stealing, and then to assume that there was nothing morally, ethically, or legally wrong by doing so.

Imagine that you’re living in a world where one washed-up, has-been of a “scientist” can manipulate the thinking of a vast number of individuals into believing that unless they all stop being human beings at home, at work, and at play, then a virus less fatal than a common cold could wipe them and the rest of humanity out.

Imagine that you’re living in a world where you turn on the television or radio to find out the latest happenings, but nearly every story is a repeat of the previous one, with the ultimate goal of never actually telling you anything new, but to desensitize you into rejecting reality and accepting the myths that you have no rights as a person; that you must comply, without a thought, with whatever you are told, lest you be shamed, defamed, or maybe even be personally and physically attacked as a selfish traitor to your neighbor, your country, or even yourself.

Imagine that you’re living in a world where the judgment of judges is no longer based on actual legal precedent, but upon ordinances and mandates that they have contrived, or conceded to, out of thin air, which turn individual persons into impersonal subjects of the state incapable of individual expression, since they are not a part of the self-exalted elite class ruling upon society’s most important issues.

Imagine that you’re living in a world where you own nothing because in the eyes of a few elitists you are nothing, aside from being an expendable cog in a tyrannical machine that says, “Do as I say, not as a I do, lest I call forth the brute power of the police or military to remove you from the machine for failure to mindlessly submit.”

Imagine that you’re living in a world where history is erased or rewritten by those considered to be the intelligentsia of society, not because they are really insightful or intelligent, but because they paid the enormous fare charged by racketeers pretending to be premiere educators in the seemingly finest halls of academia.

Imagine that you’re living in a world where scrawny, dope-smoking, computer geeks create social media platforms originally for the sheer pleasure of either reconnecting with long-missed family members or friends, or simply to meet new acquaintances, only to turn those same platforms into sinister tools to manipulate whole societies through subtle addiction, thought reform, or outright fraud.

Imagine that you’re living in a world where one man, who arose from the Nazi death camps, as a person who helped to facilitate the murder of his own people and that without remorse, but now is one of the wealthiest persons in the world and is still handing out death sentences to those who fail to kowtow with his warped sense of success and reality.

Actually, it does not take any imagination to live in the kind of world described above, because it is not a scene out of the Twilight Zone.

It is the world we’re living in today and especially so if you’re in the United States.

And it is predicted to only get more senseless, merciless, and lawless in the days ahead.
