Few people realize that the Founding Fathers ever spoke on the subject of property ownership, much less do they realize how much they abhorred the idea of taxing property. In this broadcast/podcast, Dr. Paul reads James Madison’s On Property. Although it is quite short, it is filled with insight into how the Founding Father’s thought when it came to property and the government’s central is safeguarding of individual ownership of property, which included things pertaining to materials, money, and the mind.
