Well, all the hoopla is now over concerning the election fight between Alabama Judge Roy Moore and Democrat Doug Jones.
Jones won.
Of course, very little was actually discussed about where the two stood on important issues.
Most of the banter was about Judge Moore’s alleged liaisons with girls and young women.
So, with Jones’ victory, what exactly did Alabama hand to America in the form of this newly-minted Senator?
First, Jones is a Socialist, although the media and political pundits on the left would rather label him a “moderate Democrat.”
But, his stance on taxes, Obamacare, and education all make it obvious that he believes in redistribution of America’s wealth.
“[I]t is unconscionable to talk about lowering taxes on the wealthy while cutting funding for education, nutrition, child care, housing, and infrastructure,” he told Newsweek magazine.
In other words, he wants to take care of you, America, from cradle to grave, just like Marx, Engels, and Stalin promised they would the Russians of yesteryear.
Most of us know how that turned out.
Second, Doug Jones is an accomplice to murder, although the media and political pundits on the left would rather label him an advocate of women’s rights.
Jones confided to NBC News anchor Chuck Todd, “I’m a firm believer that a woman should have the freedom to choose what happens to her own body.”
In other words, if the woman wants to murder her baby—Jones even calls the unborn child a “baby”—that’s okay with Jones.
He sanctions her choice to kill, while denying the baby’s choice to live.
He never mentions anything about adoption, sex within the confines of marriage, or teaching abstinence to our children.
He would rather hand out the free condoms and make sure that those with child “have access to the abortion that they might need, if that’s what they choose to do.”
Third, speaking of marriage, Alabama gave America another homophile, although the media and political pundits on the left would rather label him a human or civil rights advocate.
Interestingly, Doug Jones is married to a woman, who—by defending the “gay” lobby—is the equivalent of sleeping with a man, since Jones does not have a problem with two men sleeping with each other, committing homosexual sodomy, with one pretending to be a woman.
Worse yet, if it could possibly get worse, Jones is an advocate of perpetuating the homosexual agenda by normalizing those caught up in the confusion of transgenderism.
He doesn’t have a problem, in other words, with perverts sneaking a peek at your wife or daughter in a public restroom, because that is “normal.”
“They [meaning those claiming to be “transgender”] have to be protected.”
The privacy, dignity, and protection of your wife and daughter, as well as you (if you are a man) and your son, are expendable.
Fourth, Doug Jones is a tree-hugging earth worshiper, although the media and political pundits on the left would rather label him a defender of climate change.
He believes that the United States withdrawal from the Paris climate agreement was a bad move.
His reasoning is that he believes in science and science has proven that if we do not put a strangle hold on greenhouse emissions by imposing strict regulations on everyone, then Mother Earth will die an ignominious death, along with all her children.
The whole Paris accord on climate change, though, is predicated on “science falsely so called” (1 Tim. 6:20) and mainly financed by the United States.
The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, during Barak Obama’s reign, managed to arbitrarily impose on those naive enough to go along with the hoax to pay the UNFCCC $100 billion per year to save Mother.
To add insult to injury, Barak Obama, one of Jones’ idols, pledged an initial $30 billion toward the agreement.
Later, John Kerry assured everyone that the U.S. would double its commitment by 2020, and that without the American people’s approval.
Thankfully, President Donald Trump nixed all the stupidity by pulling the United States out of the finagling, which Doug Jones disapproved.
Fifth, Doug Jones is all for giving illegal aliens a free pass on their illegal entrance into the United States, whether through extending Barak Obama’s “Deferred Action for Children Arrivals” (DACA) or through the “Development, Relief, Education for Alien Minors” (DREAM) Act.
Forget immigration laws and what other foreigners have done to become legal citizens of the United States by going through the legalization process.
Forget the fact that illegal aliens cost U.S. citizens billions ($134.9 billion to be exact) of dollars every year to combat their parasitic behavior.
Forget the fact that illegal immigration has cost the lives of an untold number of Americans, due to the increased crime committed by those who have no regard for U.S. Law. A case-in-point would be the most recent Kate Steinle debacle in California.
Doug Jones, like another of his mentors, Hillary Clinton, is an open borders person.
Ironically, Jones is a lawyer who has sworn to uphold the law.
However, if he cannot uphold something as basic as the law regarding U.S. citizenship, then how can anyone expect him to “work alongside” his colleagues in Washington, D.C., to find “common ground” on other issues?
Oh, that’s right; they will not uphold the law either. So, he will fit right in with the rest of the lawbreakers.
These things, along with a whole lot more—gun control, the Islamic refugee blight, the national debt, etc.—are what Alabamians gave the United States last night by electing Doug Jones to fill the Senatorial seat recently vacated by Jeff Sessions—who we are still waiting for him to do his job.
One “Conservative” radio host here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area explained that the reason why Jones was elected over Roy Moore was because Moore was “damaged goods.”
Really? How does one become “damaged goods” due to specious accusations? Or is it that, now, a person is guilty until proven innocent? What am I missing here?
Besides, given Jones’ track record, as only seen partially above, having him represent Alabama and the rest of the United States is somehow not “damaged,” if not simply demented?
Last night was another example of how the United States is committing suicide; political, economic, moral, ethical, spiritual suicide.
Of course, it is not just Alabamians that are contributing to our demise; we’re all guilty of plunging the knife just a little deeper into our calloused souls every day by shirking our responsibilities to both God and man and leaving them up to persons like Doug Jones to impose their wills on everyone.
Amazingly, America is still the best the world has to offer, but she is dying a slow, arduous, sickening death and that by those who claim to be her own.
Thank you, the citizens of Alabama, for helping to make that sad reality just that much more evident.
We’re one step closer to being the United Soviet Socialist States of America.
